Founded in Ankara in 1990, Apart Hotel Best offers rooms, suites and apartments with kitchens for both short visits and extended stays.
Our story began with an idea: to offer diplomats and business travellers visiting Ankara the comforts of home during longer stays. İrfan Köksalan, founder of Hotel Best, worked with architect Kadri Erkman to develop a hotel concept that could adapt to different accommodation needs. At its heart was a connecting-room system that allowed living spaces to be configured in different sizes.
We continue this flexible approach today. Our apartments require no long-term commitment: guests can stay from just one night, for as long as they need. Separate living areas and kitchen facilities make everyday life easier, particularly for families and guests spending longer periods in Ankara.
Set on a hill overlooking Ankara in Gaziosmanpaşa, Apart Hotel Best is close to embassies, international organisations and the restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and pharmacies around Uğur Mumcu Street. Panoramic city views add to the experience.

Terms of stay
Check-In/Check-Out:
Hotel check-in time is from 2:00 pm. Apart Hotel Best can not guarantee early check-in; it is subject to availability. Check-out time is noon (12:00 pm). Late check-out can be arranged, but it is subject to availability, and charges may be subject to additional fees.
Accepted Method of Payment:
If you wish to settle your account with a credit card, you will be required to present the card at check-in, where a pre-authorization for the total accommodation cost plus a security deposit will be processed.
If you prefer to settle your account with cash, you must pay the total cost of accommodation plus a security deposit to cover all incidentals at check-in time.
Please note that a valid photo ID will be required at check-in, and a copy will be retained on file due to legal requirements.
Apart Hotel Best does not accept personal or company cheques as a payment method.
For bank transfers, don't hesitate to get in touch with the Hotel Reservations team. They will provide you with your preferred currency's company bank account details. The company bank account for Apart Hotel Best belongs to Köksalan Turizm A.Ş.
